		<description>That&#039;s a great idea (especially the spaghetti sauce). When we were getting lots of zucchini and squash from our CSA we grated and froze a bunch, so it would be really easy to just pull them out and add to the sauce. Thanks!</description>

		<description>I grate zucchini and similar squashes and add them to other foods I make like spaghetti sauce, chili, and potato soup.  (I just add one single squash to the recipe.)

They are also really good in quick breads.  Zucchini bread, obviously, but you can add them to banana bread and others.

My sister likes to slice them and saute them with other vegetables and add them to omelettes or to pasta with alfredo sauce (from a jar).</description>
