I’m a little obsessed with tomatoes lately. The harvest is so good this year!

• Driving thy neighbor’s car: My experience with RelayRides – Boston Globe. I really want to sign up for this—it’s like Zipcar taken to its extreme.
• Delusions Abound on Energy Savings, Study Says – New York Times. This is true for all of us. I mean, who knew that changing your washer’s settings saved more energy than line drying?
• How to Shrink a City – Boston Globe. After Green Metropolis, I’m fascinated with the idea of using urban decay as an opportunity for sustainable urban planning.
• Baking Soda Deodorant FAIL – Condo Blues. Has anyone ever tried this? It doesn’t sound like it turned out well for her.
• Packaging Is All the Rage, and Not in a Good Way – New York Times. The packaging my Kindle came in was so simple and entirely recyclable cardboard.
